St. Martin’s-Abramson football game canceled for safety concerns
The game between St. Martin’s Episcopal and Abramson, scheduled for Thursday night at Joe Brown Stadium, has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. It will not be made up. St. Martin’s Head of School Whitney Samuel Drennan posted a message to the the school's community stating that the reason for the cancellation was a possible threat at the game. “As always, the safety of our student is our top priority,” Drennan said. “Earlier today, we were made aware of a possible threat at the upcoming football game on Thursday night.
