Soccer: Hannan girls cruise to 5-1 win over Lusher

Area Prep Soccer Report for Friday, Dec. 20

In girls action Thursday, Archbishop Hannan came to the south shore and downed Lusher Charter 5-1. The win is the third straight for the Hawks.

Hannan took a 2-0 lead into halftime and pulled away in the second half for the victory.

Senior Julia Swank had two goals and an assist while senior Ashley Gros, junior Chole Guerin and freshman Rachel Maestri each added a goal for the Hawks. Senior Kennedy Flauss had a pair of assists.

Archbishop Hannan improved to 5-2-1 with the win while the Lions fell to 6-2-2 with the defeat.
