Soccer Playoffs: Terrebonne advances, several area teams in regional action Tuesday
Prep Soccer Playoff Report for Tuesday, Feb. 6
In the only prep soccer playoff match played Monday, No. 3 Terrebonne blanked No. 14 Tioga 2-0 at home in girls Division II action Monday to advance to the quarterfinals.
The Tigers (21-4-1) advance to face the winner of the matchup between No. 6 North DeSoto and No. 11 David Thibodaux.
There are several matches involving local teams today, including Archbishop Chapelle, Lutcher, Vandebilt Catholic, Willow School, Academy of the Sacred Heart, Thomas Jefferson and Newman on the girls side while Kenner Discovery, Morris Jeff and Covenant Christian play on the boys side.
