Transfer turnstile: Gilbert heading from A&M to LSU; Ryan entering portal
Former Texas A&M safety Jardin Gilbert is transferring to LSU.
Gilbert confirmed his decision Friday to On3Sports.

Gilbert, a White Castle native and University Lab graduate, has two years of eligibility remaining.
In three seasons with the Aggies, Gilbert had 79 tackles and two interceptions.
Near the same time Gilbert announced his decision, LSU defensive back Sage Ryan announced he was entering the portal. The former Lafayette Christian standout had 35 tackles this season and 64 total tackles in three seasons in a Tiger uniform.
