NEW ORLEANS – An all-New Orleans opening round Class 4A playoff matchup between Landry and Carver will be live streamed Friday night on Crescent City Sports.

CCS’ live streaming coverage begins just prior to the 7 p.m. kickoff from Victory Field at Joe Brown Park in New Orleans. Tommy Krysan and Wayde Keiser will describe the action.

Even though the No. 24 seed Buccaneers (4-4) and the ninth-seeded Rams (7-1) compete in separate districts, this is a rematch game. The teams faced off on Oct. 1 at Behrman Stadium with Carver crossing the river and escaping with a 15-13 victory.

The winner advances to the regional round next week against either eighth-seeded Salmen or No. 25 seed Plaquemine.

The Crescent City Sports team is in its 11th season of producing live broadcasts for television and internet, having produced more than 350 live streams since 2012, and is continuing its extensive commitment to prep sports coverage on its website for 2021-22. CCS will also produce additional events that will both be televised by Cox Communications and streamed on the site.
