Carroll cancels first game over COVID-19 issues

Another Louisiana high school has canceled its first regular season game.

The Carroll Bulldogs have canceled Friday’s scheduled opener at home against Bastrop due to COVID-19 issues, according to the LHSAA.

The discovery will likely cancel the week two game for Carroll as well.

Carroll joins Highland Baptist, D’Arbonne Woods, Belle Chasse, Lakeview and Peabody as schools to pull out of season opening games this week due to the coronavirus.
