Texans sign ex-Saints RB Mark Ingram

Former Saints running back Mark Ingram is signing with the Texans on a one-year contract worth up to $3 million, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Former Ravens' RB Mark Ingram reached agreement on a one-year deal worth up to $3 million with the Houston Texans, per source.

The Ravens released Ingram in January after two seasons in Baltimore. J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards passed the second all-time leading rusher for New Orleans on the depth chart in 2020.

The 31-year old former Heisman Trophy winner at Alabama has 7,324 rushing yards and 62 touchdowns on the ground as a pro.
