St. Joseph’s, Jesuit top Louisiana coaches cross country rankings

St. Joseph’s Academy and Jesuit continue to top the Coaches Cross Country state rankings released Monday morning.

The Redstickers are the unanimous No. 1 in the girls rankings with Mount Carmel Academy 2nd. Episcopal is third with Byrd fourth and E.D. White Catholic fifth. Dominican is sixth with Newman at 10th.

Jesuit remains the dominant force in the state among boys. The Blue Jays are the unanimous top choice with Brother Martin second and Ruston third. Parkview Baptist is fourth with Parkway fifth. Holy Cross is eighth with Newman ninth and Central Lafourche at 10th.
