Saints to change coaching leadership on special teams

According to multiple reports, the Saints are parting ways with three special teams coaches – veteran Mike Westhoff, coordinator Bradford Banta and assistant Kevin O’Dea.

Former Dolphins special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi is expected to join the Saints in the same capacity.

NFL Network first reported the news of the coaching changes. All three departing coaches have served as special teams coordinators in the NFL.

Rizzi had been with the Dolphins since 2010 and earned the additional title of assistant head coach in 2017.
