Roger Villere to speak Wednesday at Life Resources Bottom Line Luncheon

Roger Villere

A graduate of Archbishop Rummel and the University of New Orleans, Roger Villere has made a huge name for himself with the hugely successful Villere’s Florist business for many decades on the south shore and north shore.

Villere has supported many charitable entities and sponsored many entities as well.

A fellow at the Loyola Institute of Politics and the UNO Government Leadership, Vilere has served with the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Council, the East Jefferson Council of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, the American Academy of Florists and the Louisiana State Florist Association. He has led the Alliance for Good Government, Jaycees Internatinoal, the LaFreniere Kiwanis Club, the East Jefferson Hospital Foundation and the Women’s New Life Center.

Villere currently serves as the Chairman of the Republican National Conservative Caucus and is a National Committee person for the Republican Party of Louisiana. Villere, who previously served as the Chairman of the Republican Party of Louisiana, was inducted into the Louisiana Political Hall of Fame in 2023.

The 74-year old Villere and his wife Donna have three sons, four granddaughters and three great grandchildren.
