Recruiting: Westgate’s Jaboree Antoine commits to LSU for 2025

Jaboree Antoine

Following a visit to Baton Rouge this weekend, Westgate cornerback Jaboree Antoine pledged to LSU for the 2025 class

The four-star recruit gives the Tigers a total of nine commits for class.

The 6-1, 170-pound New Iberia native considered Texas and Tennessee among his finalists. Antoine also held offers from Alabama, Florida State, Auburn, Colorado, Missouri, Tulane, Oklahoma, Michigan, Miami, Michigan State, Houston ,UL, Texas A&M, Georgia, Grambling and Georgia Tech.

The second highest rated junior in the state behind only another current LSU commit, St. Martin running back Harlem Berry, Antoine is a top 20 player at his position for 2025.

The two-way star at Westgate accounted for 32 tackles, 11 passes defended and five interceptions on defense while totaling 1,650 yards and 12 touchdowns passing in 2023. He had 303 additional yards as a runner.

New Tigers cornerback coach Corey Raymond and Frank Wilson were instrumental in his recruitment.
