Tulane has been on a hot streak recruiting, bagging the program’s third football commitment in the past four days.

Katy (Tex.) nose tackle Brandon Brown chose the Green Wave over offers from Boise State, Houston Baptist, New Mexico, Colorado State, Lamar, ULL, La. Tech, Hawaii, Toledo, UTSA, Navy, UNLV, UTEP and Incarnate Word.

The 6-foot-1, 285 pounder is a 3 star recruit who recorded 52 tackles a season ago, with 27 for loss and nine sacks. He also caused a pair of forced fumbles and earned first-team All District honors.

Brown displays quick, sudden movement as a true nose tackle type who plus holes and proves difficult to move. He diagnoses plays quickly and chases down runners.

Tulane is rapidly filling their 2020 class with Brown as their 19th verbal commitment.
