Alabama crossed state lines to come away with another Louisiana coveted prospect for the 2022 class.

Kendrick Law out of Captain Shreve has decided he will sign with Alabama. The 5-foot-11, 195 pounder has run a 10.48 in the 100 meters wind-aided. Crimson Tide assistant Freddie Roach was instrumental in his recruitment. LSU was thought to be a heavy favorite.

Previously, Louisiana prep wide receivers Shazz Preston and Aaron Anderson inked with Alabama to start the early signing period.

Law is rated as the sixth best prospect in Louisiana’s 2022 class and the third overall athlete in the nation. He has the capabilities to play on either side of the ball, but initially he may get a look at wideout.
