A native of Gretna, Fourcade starred at Archbishop Shaw before starring at Ole Miss, where he was the Most Valuable Player in the Senior Bowl following his final season with the Rebels. Fourcade played for the New Orleans Saints from 1987-1990, passing for 2,312 yards.
