Odell Beckham Jr. traded to Browns by Giants
The long-awaited trade of Odell Beckham , Jr. has finally come to fruition. And now former LSU wide receivers Beckham and Jarvis Landry are together again.
The Cleveland Browns are acquiring All-Pro wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. from the New York Giants, first reported Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network.

The Giants will receive Cleveland’s No. 17 overall pick and their second third-round pick (No. 95 overall) in this April’s draft along with safety Jabrill Peppers.
Beckham became the fastest wideout in NFL history to reach both the 200 career catch milestone and 4,000 career receiving yards. The three-time Pro Bowler has amassed 390 career catches for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns and was the 2014 Offensive Rookie of the Year.

The former Newman standout who went on to star with Landry as LSU’s dynamic receiver duo from 2011-13, signed a five-year extension worth up to $95 million with the Giants this past August.
Landry, the Lutcher alum, joined the Browns from the Miami Dolphins as a free agent last offseason. The four-time Pro Bowler has accumulated 481 career grabs for 5,014 yards and 26 touchdowns.
In 2013, Landry and Beckham each had over 1,100 yards receiving for the Tigers.
