LSU gains 7-foot center Will Baker from transfer portal

Former Texas and Nevada center Will Baker has committed to LSU, according to multiple reports

The 7-foot, 245 pounder started in 32 games this past season for the Wolfpack, averaging 13.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game on 56% shooting.

The Austin, Texas native began his college career at hometown Texas and transferred to Nevada during his sophomore season.

As a graduate transfer, Baker has one year of eligibility remaining. He joins guards Jordan Wright and Jalen Cook as transfers joining the Tigers this offseason from the portal.
