Crescent City Sports to live stream finals Saturday from Allstate Sugar Bowl National Prep Classic

Allstate Sugar Bowl National Prep Classic at Alario Center

NEW ORLEANS – Crescent City Sports’ live streaming coverage of high school basketball makes its annual visit to the Allstate Sugar Bowl National Prep Classic Saturday with coverage of all four championship games.

Live coverage from the 13th annual event, which has become the premier prep basketball event in the area, begins just before the 2 p.m. tipoff of the Girls Gold bracket final from the Alario Center in Westwego. CCS’ Ken Trahan will be joined on the broadcasts by a pair of state champion coaches, Ponchatoula coach Patricia Landaiche for the girls finals and Bill Gallagher for the boys finals.

The matchups for the four games will not be determined until Friday night and early Saturday. The semifinals of the Girls Gold and Boys State brackets will be played Friday, while the quarterfinals in the Girls Platinum and Boys National brackets are Friday, with the semifinals early Saturday.

Entering Friday, teams from seven states remain alive in the championship portion of the four brackets.
