Viewership of 16.8 Million Across TV and Digital –
Up +19% vs. Both 2020 11-Game Average & 2020 Week 13 ‘Thursday Night Football’ Matchup

Average Minute Audience on All Digital Platforms, Including Prime Video, Hits 1.5 Million –
Up +41% vs. Both 2020 11-Game Average & 2020 Week 13 ‘Thursday Night Football’ Matchup

Last week’s Thursday Night Football Presented by Bud Light Platinum game featuring the Dallas Cowboys’ 27-17 win over the New Orleans Saints was seen by an average audience of 16.8 million across all platforms, including FOX, NFL Network, FOX Deportes, NFL digital, FOX Sports digital, Prime Video, Twitch and Yahoo Sports mobile properties – ranking as the second-highest Thursday Night Football game this season.

The 16.8 million viewers for Cowboys-Saints across all platforms is up +19% versus both the 2020 Thursday Night Football 11-game average (14.1 million) and last year’s Week 13 Thursday Night Football matchup between the Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens (14.1 million). To note, last year’s Cowboys-Ravens matchup was delayed due to COVID-19 and was played on Tuesday, December 8.

Season-to-date, Thursday Night Football tri-cast games on FOX, NFL Network and Prime Video are averaging 14.9 million viewers across all platforms – up +12% vs. the comparable point last season (13.3 million).

Digital streaming across Prime Video, Twitch, FOX Sports digital, NFL digital, Cowboys and Saints mobile properties, and Yahoo Sports mobile properties produced an average minute audience of 1.5 million –up +41% versus both the 2020 Thursday Night Football 11-game average (1.1 million) and last year’s Week 13 Thursday Night Football matchup (1.1 million).

Prime Video and Twitch reached a total of 2.6 million combined viewers worldwide for the FOX NFL Thursday pregame show and Cowboys-Saints game. For the Cowboys-Saints game alone, 2.1 million worldwide viewers initiated a stream on Prime Video or Twitch. The average worldwide audience watching the Thursday Night Football game for at least 30 seconds on Prime Video or Twitch was 848K.

The 2021 Thursday Night Football Presented by Bud Light Platinum season continues Thursday, December 9 when the Minnesota Vikings host the Pittsburgh Steelers at 8:20 PM ET on FOX, NFL Network and Prime Video. Pregame coverage on NFL Network begins with TNF First Look at 3:00 PM ET, followed by NFL GameDay Kickoff at 6:00 PM ET. At 7:30 PM ET, FOX NFL Thursday airs on FOX, NFL Network and Prime Video.
