Softball: Belle Chasse wins easily for third straight win

Area Prep Softball Report for Thursday, March 10

Belle Chasse won its third straight game, dismissing New Orleans Military & Maritime 15-0 in a game ending in the third inning by the mercy rule in 10-4A competition at Cardinal Field.

Sam Hill allowed no hits in her three innings pitched to pick up the win while Gracee Hess starred at the plate, belting a pair of home runs.

Belle Chasse (6-4) will travel to face Dominican next Tuesday at 5 p.m. while NOMMA (0-4) will host John F. Kennedy Friday at 4 p.m.
