Bowling: Academy of Our Lady stays unbeaten with shutout of Holy Rosary
Academy of Our Lady remained unbeaten in prep bowling league action with a 27-0 shutout victory over Holy Rosary at Westside Lanes in Harvey.
Danielle Poussard led the way for the Penguins (8-0) with a 615 series on games of 223-173-219. Linzie Bladsacker added a 547 series on games of 220-147-180. Lauren Michel had a 479 series, which included a 182 game while Lauryn Hartsell shot a 204 game.
Bailey James was high for Holy Rosary (0-8) with a 405 series while Kelli Davis had a 150 game.
