Saints sign former Jets linebacker Demario Davis to three-year contract
The New Orleans Saints made another veteran addition to their defense Wednesday by agreeing to a three-year, $24 million contract with former Jets linebacker Demario Davis:

The 29-year old has spent five of his six NFL seasons with New York with one additional year (2016) with the Cleveland Browns. Ironically, the Collins, Miss. native briefly replaced current Saints linebacker Craig Robertson with the Browns before heading back to the Jets in a trade last offseason.
