Rummel-Chalmette baseball to air Monday night on NASH ICON 106.1 FM

The baseball game Monday night pitting Archbishop Rummel at Chalmette at Noel Suarez Stadium will air on NASH ICON 106.1 FM and on the web at www.nashfm1061.com.

Pre-game coverage begins at 6 p.m. with the play-by-play set for 6:30 p.m.

Cumulus New Orleans Sports Director Ken Trahan will have the play-by-play call with former Major League pitcher Kirk Bullinger providing analysis.

The Raiders (17-12) are coming off two losses to Jesuit and have lost seven games by one run.

The Owls (16-9) have clinched the District 8-5A title and have won eight of their last nine games.

It is the second meeting of the season between the two teams. Rummel won 12-1 at Chalmette on March 10.
