Jaray Jenkins

LSU wide receiver Jaray Jenkins will enter the 2023 NFL draft and opt out of the Tigers’ Citrus Bowl game against Purdue to focus on the draft.

in 43 games with 20 starts, the Jena, La. product had 89 receptions for 1,370 yards and 14 touchdowns. Jenkins was a member of LSU’s 2019 National Championship team as a redshirt freshman.

In his best college game, the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder had eight grabs, 169 yards and the game-winning touchdown against Texas A&M.

LSU may lose multiple wideouts who played this past season with Jack Bech currently in the transfer portal but the expected returns of Kayshon Boutte, Malik Nabors, Brian Thomas, Jr. and others leave the receiver room in good shape heading into the offseason.
