CST telecast provides foundation for national exposure for Saturday’s NSU-Nicholls game

NATCHITOCHES – Saturday evening’s Northwestern State home football game against Nicholls can be watched on Cox Sports Television around Louisiana and in select other areas, and on ESPN platforms nationally.

Outside of Cox’s territory, the broadcast will be streamed on ESPN3, plus televised via ESPN College Extra for DirecTV customers.

The game kicks off at 6:07 from Turpin Stadium between the in-state rival Demons and Colonels in a key Southland Conference contest for both teams.

The Cox Sports Television coverage, with Lyn Rollins, Rene Nadeau and Carley McCord as the announcers, is carried to cable TV viewers on systems in 18 states from coast-to-coast.

The CST telecast can also be viewed on DirecTV 790 on ESPN College Extra.

The game can be seen on the ESPN3 platform outside of Cox territory, accessible via ESPN.com/watch and the ESPN app.

The blackout for ESPN College Extra and ESPN3 encompasses Louisiana, plus portions of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas, and smaller regions in 10 states served by Cox Cable.
