NEW ORLEANS – The Allstate Sugar Bowl and CFP-RSVP.COM have partnered to provide college football fans the ability to reserve tickets to the Allstate Sugar Bowl on January 1, 2019 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. The partnership enables fans to purchase reservations for any team and be guaranteed tickets at face value for the game – provided their team is playing.

Reserve Your Face Value Tickets Now

CFP-RSVP allows fans to purchase reservations for any team and be guaranteed tickets at face value to the hottest games in college football – provided their team is playing. Fans can also utilize the CFP-RSVP Fan Marketplace to sell their RSVP(s), rather than use the RSVPs to purchase face value ticket(s) when they are released.

“We are very excited to partner with the Allstate Sugar Bowl to launch this program,” said Richard Gilsdorf, CEO of dibit, the company behind CFP-RSVP.COM. “Our new, fan-friendly method of obtaining tickets for this year’s Allstate Sugar Bowl is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for those who may not otherwise be able to attend the game. The program allows fans to reserve now and decide later.”

This reservation program will give fans access to tickets at an affordable price and potentially provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to those who may not have the ability to secure tickets through traditional outlets. The fan-centric system has already seen success and is in its second year for the College Football Playoff National Championship. The CFP-RSVP program has proven the viability of the event pre-primary reservation market by selling out on numerous teams in its first year for the College Football Playoff National Championship.

“The Sugar Bowl Committee is pleased to partner with dibit in providing a great service to college football fans,” said Jeff Hundley, COO of the Allstate Sugar Bowl. “By making it quick and easy to reserve good tickets to the Allstate Sugar Bowl, dibit makes it possible for fans to rest assured they won’t have to pay extravagant prices on the secondary market if their team plays here in New Orleans in a high-demand game.”

The Allstate Sugar Bowl has established itself as one of the premier college football bowl games, having hosted 28 national champions, 93 Hall of Fame players, 49 Hall of Fame coaches and 18 Heisman Trophy winners in its 84-year history. The 85th Allstate Sugar Bowl Football Classic, featuring top teams from the Big 12 and the SEC, will be played on January 1, 2019. In addition to football, the Sugar Bowl Committee annually invests over $1.6 million into the community through the hosting and sponsorship of sporting events, awards and clinics. Through these efforts, the organization supports and honors nearly 100,000 student-athletes each year, while injecting over $2.5 billion into the local economy in the last decade.
