The 2020 Byrd Football Game Notes – Game No. 9 versus St. Augustine – features postseason football in Shreveport. On Friday, Dec. 4, 2020, the Byrd Yellow Jackets and the St. Augustine Purple Knights will clash in the quarterfinals of the LHSAA Division I Playoffs. The Jackets are looking to avenge last year’s heartbreaking 45-40 playoff loss to the Knights in New Orleans. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Lee Hedges Stadium.
