Xavier sweeps Dillard for 10th straight Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament title

XULA defeated Dillard 25-21, 25-11, 25-14 at Talladega, Ala., to win the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament for the 10th consecutive season.

Tournament MVP Kayla Black hit .458 with 13 kills, two aces and eight digs for XULA, 18-4 with a 14-match win streak.

Setters Eva Le Guillou and Emi Riglioni joined Black on the seven-member all-tournament team.

XULA will learn Monday its opponent and destination for the opening round of NAIA nationals.
