Warren Easton QB Lance Legendre named GNOSF QB Club, CrescentCitySports.com Prep Player of Week

Warren Easton junior quarterback Lance Legendre of Warren Easton has been chosen as The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation Quarterback Club and CrescentCitySports.com Prep Player of the Week in the Greater New Orleans area for week two of the prep football season.

Legendre had his second consecutive big game to start the regular season, accounting for 418 yards and three touchdowns as the Eagles blanked Brother Martin 29-0. He completed 14-of-20 passes for 365 yards and three touchdowns and rushed seven times for 53 yards. Legendre is coached by Jerry Phillips.

All prep players of the week will be honored at the year-end luncheon of the GNOSF Quarterback Club on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at Rock ‘n’ Bowl.
