Volleyball Report: Ursuline sweeps Booker T. Washington for fourth straight win

Ranked second in the current LHSAA Division III power ratings, Ursuline Academy remained hot Tuesday with a 25-14, 25-8, 25-10 sweep at Booker T. Washington in a District 9-III contest.

Megan Pulizzano led the Lions with seven kills and six assists, Britton Owens added seven kills, Kaitlyn Ables finished with 10 assists and Annabel Beatmann contributed three aces and eight digs for Ursuline.

The Lions (8-2, 2-0) return to action Thursday, hosting Cabrini at 5:30 p.m. in the annual Pink Game. The Lions (4-2, 1-1) will host West Jefferson Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
