Volleyball: Hahnville with successful tournament in Baton Rouge

Hahnville finished off a successful weekend at the Southeast Louisiana Invitational Tournament at Woodlawn in Baton Rouge, going 2-1 Saturday in bracket action.

On Friday, the Tigers defeated Slidell and Christ Episcopal and lost a competitive match to Archbishop Chapelle. On Saturday, Hahnville defeated Airline and Hammond and lost a close match to St. Michael’s.

Brianna Plaisance was named to the All-Tournament team. Now 6-2 on the season, Hahnville returns to action Tuesday at South Terrebonne at 4 p.m.
