Video: Tulane hosts pair of conference volleyball matches this weekend

On a nine-match winning streak for the first time in a decade, Tulane’s volleyball team returns home for matches with Temple Friday night and UConn Sunday afternoon.

The Green Wave – 21-7 overall and 9-4 in American Athletic Conference play – swept Houston and SMU on the road last weekend to extend its winning streak.

Tulane is ranked No. 7 nationally in defense with an opponent hitting percentage of .150.

Tulane moved up to No. 70 in this week’s RPI and with a strong finish, could enhance its at-large possibilities for the NCAA Tournament.
