UNO regular season finale canceled due to threat of inclement weather
STILLWATER, Okla. – The last scheduled game of the regular season between the New Orleans Privateers and Oklahoma State Cowboys has been canceled due to the threat of inclement weather. The game will not be made up and the Privateers will finish the 2021 regular season at 28-26.
The Privateers are scheduled to travel back to New Orleans on Saturday evening.
With the regular season done, the Privateers now turn to the Southland Tournament in Hammond. Depending on the results in the Saturday games, New Orleans will either be the two or three-seed in the tournament, which is their highest seed since joining the conference.
Their first round opponent is yet to be determined. The tournament is scheduled to start on Wednesday. Stay tuned for further updates.
