UNO Athletics postpones all events this week

NEW ORLEANS – Due to the effects of Hurricane Ida, Friday’s New Orleans Invitational, the volleyball’s team travel to Jacksonville and this week’s Coaches Caravans have been postponed.

The Privateers were scheduled to host an All-Louisiana cross country meet this Friday. The cross country season now begins on September 17 at the LSU Invitational.

Volleyball was slated to head to Jacksonville for the Jacksonville Invite September 3-4.

The Coaches Caravan with head coach Mark Slessinger will be rescheduled for a later date.

The campus is closed to non-essential personnel through Monday, September 6 (READ MORE HERE).
