Tulane Spring Fan Fest set for February 8 at Turchin Stadium

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Tulane athletic department will host its Spring Fan Fest on Saturday, February 8 at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium, featuring a Tulane baseball scrimmage, photo booth, concessions and a meet-and-greet with various Green Wave student-athletes and coaches.

The event will get underway with gates officially opening at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, as the Green Wave baseball team will begin scrimmaging at 11:30 a.m. The rest of the fan fest activities will begin at 12 p.m.

Throughout the intersquad contest, fans will be introduced to a select group of Tulane’s spring sport teams on the field as they begin their seasons this month. The 2020 Tulane baseball team and staff will be introduced on the field following the exhibition Saturday.

The event is scheduled to conclude at 4 p.m. as fans will be directed to Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse for the men’s basketball game against ECU which begins at 5 p.m.
