Junior defensive back tallied a pair of interceptions vs. Houston
NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University junior defensive back Macon Clark was named to the Pro Football Focus Team of the Week following his performance last week at Houston.
Clark earned a spot on the team after he tallied a pair of interceptions, recorded four tackles and had one sack.
The St. Rose, Louisiana, native took his first interception 64 yards to the endzone to give the Green Wave an early 7-0 lead over the Cougars.
Clark has now returned two interceptions for touchdowns in his career. In addition, Clark became the first Tulane player to record two interceptions in a game since teammate Larry Brooks had a pair of interceptions in 2019.
