Tulane catcher Bennett Lee announces transfer to Wake Forest
Sophomore catcher Bennett Lee started all 60 games for the Tulane Green Wave this but he is now moving on to the ACC.
Lee took to social media on Monday morning to announce his transfer to Wake Forest.
I can’t thank the Tulane community enough for an incredible two years. I will forever cherish the memories and relationships with my teammates, coaches, and fans. I wish you guys the best of luck moving forward.

Last season, Lee hit .255 with five home runs. The Tampa, Fla. native hit .440 as a freshman.
Lee will play for former UNO head coach Tom Walter, who has led the Wake Forest program for the past 13 seasons.
