Tuesday’s home opener for McNeese moved to Houston due to weather threat

LAKE CHARLES – McNeese baseball’s scheduled home opener on Tuesday night against Houston has been moved to the University of Houston due to inclement weather expected in the lake area throughout the day on Tuesday.

McNeese was scheduled to visit Houston on March 19, now that game will be played in Lake Charles at Joe Miller Ballpark.

Fans who have tickets for Tuesday night’s game will be able to use those for the March 19 contest. Contact the McNeese ticket office at 475-4MSU with any questions or concerns.

McNeese will now open its home slate on Friday at 6 p.m. against Texas State on the first day of the Lake Area Classic.
