Trevor Siemian agrees to two-year contract with Bears

Saints free-agent quarterback Trevor Siemian has agreed to a two-year deal with the Chicago Bears, according to his agent Mike McCartney of Priority Sports.

In his one full season with New Orleans, Siemian was 0-4 as a starter while throwing for 1,154 yards with 11 touchdowns and three interceptions in six games last year. The Saints signed him off of the Titans practice squad in November 2020.

Siemian made it in the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Northwestern in 2015 who eventually became Denver’s starting quarterback. HE has thrown for 6,843 yards with 41 touchdowns and 27 interceptions.
