Sun Belt suspends basketball officials for missed call that decided ULM-Georgia State game

Sun Belt Suspends Officiating Crew
The Sun Belt Conference has issued a one game suspension for the officiating crew from Saturday’s ULM at Georgia State men’s basketball game.

Statement from Sun Belt Commissioner Karl Benson:
“When such an egregious error occurs that directly determines the outcome of a game, it cannot be ignored. As a result, these three officials will be suspended for their next scheduled game.”
