Stick-n-Move Promotions, New Orleans Boxing Club bring professional boxing on February 9th with “Undefeated Nights”

On Saturday, February 9, 2019, Stick-N-Move Promotions in partnership with New Orleans Boxing Club is bringing professional boxing to New Orleans in the newly rebranded Calliope Coliseum in the heart of the City with “Undefeated Nights,” an event meant to provide surefire entertainment with a full card of local professional fighters, many of whom have UNDEFEATED professional records.

The main event will feature former IBA Americas Middleweight Champion Marcus McDaniel, local 9th Ward hero with 14 wins and 0 losses. Marcus is making his valiant return to the ring after a two year layoff due to being shot, and his renewed sense of determination is sure to make for an entertaining 6 round bout, which could possibly be the most important fight of his career. Marcus will be fighting Bryan Vera, from Austin Texas, who is a former WBO, NABO, and IBA Super Middleweight Champion with 26 wins, 14 losses, and 16 KO’s.

Bryan Vera has fought multiple times on Showtime as a main event– twice with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in exciting and dramatic 12 Round Decisions. Vera also defeated Sergio Mora in a 12 Round unanimous decision for the WBO Championship. Marcus is ready to step up and fight the best fighter thus far on his impressive resume, and the outcome of this bout will be a pivotal point in Marcus’ boxing career.

Local favorite and colorful personality Jeremy “Zereaux” Hill from New Orleans, Louisiana in the Super Lightweight Division, will be fighting is his 6th professional fight with an undefeated record in a 6 round bout. Hill is a former national amateur champion who is looking to make some noise in his weight class, and has already started off strong with his last two fights televised on an international platform.

Sean “Silky” Hemphill will be making his highly anticipated professional debut, a former USA Boxing National Standout and member of Team USA, his silky smooth style, knockout power, and impeccable ring IQ will translate immediately to the professional ranks and make him sure to put on an unbelievable show. Hemphill will be fighting in a 4 round bout.

The undercard will also feature Iliyan “Ochi” Kolev, former bulgarian National Champion fighting in his second professional fight of 4 rounds, Jonathan “The King” Guidry ( The Fighting Fisherman), Heavyweight from Dulac, LA, with a record of 12 wins 0 losses and 2 draws scheduled for 6 rounds, and Joshua Draughter (3 – 1) looking to make a noteworthy comeback in a 4 round bout.
