The win streaks continue for St. Paul’s and St. Scholastica on the lanes.

The Wolves improved to 5-1 with a 24.5-2.5 victory over Albany at Tangi Lanes in Hammond.

St. Paul’s took game one 7-1 behind a 225 game from Jonathan Wellmeyer and a 213 from Peter Bertucci. Jack Bertucci added a 191 game. Noah Tate led the Hornets with a 177 game.

The Wolves took game two 7-1 as Jack Bertucci shot 223 and Peter Bertucci had a 206 game. Caleb Foster had a 191 game for Albany.

The Wolves wrapped up the win with a 7.5-0.5 victory in game three as Wellmeyer fired a 236 game, Jack Bertucci had a 202 and Peter Bertucci shot 196. Foster had a 169 for Albany.

Wellmeyer finished with a 648 series, Jack Bertucci shot 615 and Peter Bertucci had a 615 series for the Wolves. Foster had a 517 series for Albany.

St. Scholastica improved to 6-1 with a 17-10 win over Albany at Tangi Lanes.

The Doves won game one 5-3 as Aubry Hymel had a 169 game while Amy Schneida shot 152. McKenzie Lee had a 173 game for the Hornets while Lexi Crawford shot 154.

Albany evened the match with a 5-3 game in game two.

Lee heated up with a big 235 game and Madelyn Thompson shot 153 to lead the Hornets while Schneida had a 172 game and Maddy Pye had a 154 for SSA.

The Doves claimed victory by winning game three 6-2. Hymel fired a 190 while Schneida had a 183 game. Lee shot 179 while Crawford had a 178 for Albany.

Hymel had a 508 series while Schneida had a 507 series for the Doves while Lee fired a 587 series to pace the Hornets.
