Southeastern Louisiana’s home men’s basketball game with A&M-Corpus Christi rescheduled for Jan. 13

HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana men’s basketball team’s home contest with Texas A&M-Corpus Christi has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 7 p.m., the Southland Conference league office announced Wednesday.

The Lions (2-7) were originally scheduled to host A&M-Corpus Christi (3-6) Saturday, Jan. 2 in SLU’s home opener. However, the Islanders were forced to pause basketball activities due to COVID-19 protocols within the men’s basketball team.

The Jan. 13 game can be seen on ESPN+ with live stats and video links available at the men’s basketball schedule page.

Southeastern will open the home portion of their schedule Wednesday, Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. in the University Center against Sam Houston State (6-5) in the conference opener.
