Southeastern Louisiana Baseball sets times, dates for Fall World Series

HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana baseball program will host its annual Heart of a Lion Fall World Series, Oct. 9-11, at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field.

The three-game series, scheduled for 6 p.m. Oct. 9, 2 p.m. Oct. 10 and 2 p.m. Oct. 11, will conclude the program’s intrasquad action for the fall.

Fans can watch a free video stream using the Lions’ Gameday Experience app for Android or iOS devices, the Southland Conference Digital Network app for smart TV devices (e.g. Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Android TV and Roku) or through the Southeastern Athletics website at

Senior team captains will draft their teams Monday at approximately 5 p.m. with draft selections reported live on the team’s @LionUpBaseball Twitter account.

The Lions Gameday Experience app puts audio, stats, video, social media and more in the hands of fans. Those in attendance can also check in to earn reward points redeemable for Southeastern-related prizes. Fans interested in becoming active supporters of the baseball program are encouraged to join the Diamond Club. Lion baseball alums are encouraged to join the exclusive S Club, which is restricted to Southeastern athletic letter winners.
