Softball Report: Curtis heads to STA; MCA hosts E.D. White

Off to a decent 3-3 start, John Curtis Christian heads north to Hammond to take on St. Thomas Aquinas today at 5:30 p.m.

The Lady Falcons (6-3) lost two of three games in a tournament at Northshore over the weekend while the Lady Patriots defeated Thomas Jefferson 11-3 last Tuesday.

At the JPRD Complex in Metairie, defending Division I state champion Mount Carmel hosts E.D. White Catholic at 4 p.m.

The Cubs (8-1) went 2-1 in the Hahnville Tournament this past weekend, losing for the first time this season to the host Lady Tigers.

The Lady Cardinals (5-4) went 2-1 in the Berwick Tournament this past weekend. E.D. White Catholic reached the Division II semifinals a year ago.
