Soccer: St. Paul’s, Jesuit roll with 8-0 wins Tuesday
Area Prep Soccer Report for Wednesday, Nov. 27
The top two teams in Division I looked the part Tuesday.
St. Paul’s routed Lakeshore 8-0 at Hunter Stadium.
Jeb Broussard and Craig Cuccia each scored a pair of goals to lead the Wolves while Michael Dufour, Tyler Guice, Ashton Mouton and Caleb Nicotri each added a goal for St. Paul’s. The Wolves led 6-0 at halftime and ended it with a pair of goals in the second half.
The Wolves (4-0) return to action Monday, hosting East Ascension at 6 p.m.
No. 2 Jesuit had no trouble with East St. John, routing the Wildcats 8-0 at John Ryan Stadium.
Jesuit scored three goals in the first half and ended it with five goals in the second half.
The Blue Jays (3-0) will host Destrehan on Dec. 10.
