Area Prep Soccer Report for Tuesday, Nov. 23

In two matches to start the season, perennial power St. Paul’s did not have a victory.

That changed Monday.

The Wolves jumped out to an insurmountable lead and were never headed in a 3-1 victory on the road against Brother Martin.

The Wolves built a 3-0 lead by halftime, too much for the Crusaders to overcome.

Senior Wesley Bloodworth scored a pair of goals for the Wolves while junior Brennan LeBlanc added the third goal with an assist.

St. Paul’s (1-1-1) will host Southside today at 5 p.m. at Hunter Stadium while Brother Martin (2-1) will host Rummel next Tuesday.
