Area Prep Soccer Report for Friday, Dec. 23

In a battle of Division I soccer powers Thursday evening, St. Paul’s downed Jesuit 2-0 at Hunter Stadium.

Brennan LeBlanc and Owen Spath each scored a goal on a penalty kick, one in each half, to provide the margin of victory for the Wolves.

St. Paul’s (8-1-4) has lost only to Denham Springs.

Jesuit (6-3-2) returns to action on Dec. 28 in tournament play against Holy Cross.
