Soccer: SSA, STM, Vandebilt, Loyola top latest girls soccer rankings

St. Scholastica, St. Thomas More, Vandebilt Catholic and Loyola Prep top the latest Louisiana High School Soccer Coaches Association soccer rankings this week.

SSA (6-0-1) is No. 1 in Division I with unblemished Mandeville (10-0) second. Acadiana (5-0-1) is third, Mount Carmel (13-1) is fourth and Dominican (7-3-1) is fifth. Fontainebleau is 10th.

In Division II, St. Thomas More (4-2-1) is the top-ranked team with Ben Franklin (3-3) second. Lakeshore (3-6) is third, unbeaten Central Lafourche (7-0) is fourth and Parkway (6-2-1) is fifth. Destrehan (3-5) is sixth.

Vandebilt Catholic (8-1-2) is No. 1 in Division III with University (9-0-1) second. Teurlings Catholic (5-0-3) is third with E.D. White Catholic (5-4-2) fourth and St. Louis (4-0-2) is fifth. Archbishop Hannan (5-3-2) is  ninth with Ursuline (2-1) 10th.

Unbeaten Loyola Prep (13-0-1) is the top-ranked team in Division IV with Academy of The Sacred Heart of New Orleans second. Newman is third with Catholic of New Iberia fourth and Ascension Episcopal fifth. Country Day is sixth with McGehee eighth. Northlake Christian is ninth and Pope John Paul II is 10th.
