Soccer Report: East St. John, Mandeville, Mount Carmel win at Central Lafourche Tournament

The Central Lafourche Tournament got underway at Raceland yesterday with East St. John, Mandeville and Mount Carmel all posting wins.

The Wildcats blasted Bonnabel 7-0 to improve to 2-0 on the season while the Bruins fell to 1-1. East St. John has outscored its two opponents 15-0 in a very impressive start to the season.

Mandeville edged Archbishop Hannan 1-0 to improve to 2-0. The Skippers have yielded just one goal in its two victories. The Hawks fell to 1-1 with the loss.

Mount Carmel shutout E.D. White Catholic 4-0 in an impressive performance as the Cubs improved to 3-0. Mount Carmel has not allowed a goal thus far this season, outscoring its opponents 13-0. It was the season opener for the Cardinals.
