In the LHSAA prep soccer playoffs Friday, No. 4 Caddo Magnet eliminated No. 5 Ben Franklin 5-3 in quarterfinal action.
In Division IV quarterfinal action Saturday, No. 6 Newman travels to Slidell to square off with No. 3 Pope John Paul II at 6 p.m. The Greenies defeated the Jaguars 3-1 on Jan. 19.
